All products sold at Lashes by Muge are FINAL SALE. All products are non-refundable.

We only offer exchanges for products that are defective and/or damaged of their original state.

Shipping Terms

Lashes by Muge is not responsible for items that have been damaged due to shipping services.
Items will process and ship within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
We are not responsible for updating or changing incorrect addresses or items after the order is placed.
We will not apply any discounts after the order is placed.
We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost/missing packages.
